It seems that people try to be tricky and send out a Tiny Url. This is a program that is used to reduce the number of letter in the link of a domain name. It is really to trick us because we are so curious however in more cases then not we are not curious so we do not click on the link.

The game is to change it up so we do not know what it is.

Verification of a BLOG on Google

Google allows everyone to create a blog then change to a free standing website. It is still a blog but it looks somewhat like a website. This is Blog is hosted by Google for Free and I have the Domain sitting at
Go-Daddy. Google wants you to prove to them that you are in control of the blog or website. They want you to prove to them that you own it. They offer four methods and up till now they are just tough to do.
I swear the codes you insert into the HTML just plain disappear every once in a while. Why do I say that well it is verified then it is not then it is then it is not. As time goes on people like me end up modifying the code to allow us to do things that normally are not done. This changes where we are normally guided to place the codes.
I guess I plop them in

How to tie your shoelace

My father had passed in away 2005 and my nephew came to me and asked me if I knew how to tie my shoes. He then told me he had seen me bend over and tie them a few times.  OK so what?

Simple answer.

The first knot must be done opposite of the second knot.

I am right handed so I flip the laces right over left then the next right over left and that is that.
Wrong. That is a slip knot. May not even stay tied for five minutes.

First knot as a right handed person should be left over right then the next the regular way right over left.

This is a square knot and will not loosen till you loosen them.

The game is to change it up so we do not know what it is.

As an example: I have a way that you can get the State of Where ever to send you a check for all the property taxes you have paid into them for the past two years because it is illegal to take money for property taxes. Well we are so interested in getting that money back that we click on the link and then alas we are taken to a stupid website telling us about nothing that we care about. What people don't know is that they made maybe .02 for that visit you made and if they can get a few million people to click on it well the .02 adds up fairly fast.

Copy the tiny URL into Google search and you will see what comes up and then if you are interested go otherwise delete it. I received one the other day and it was about,
Relationships With Thai Girls Have A High Failure Rate.

I do not care about this subject in the slightest yet it arrived as important information concerning males in their late 50's. It is a travel website. So I guess I am interested in flying to Thai and being rejected by a Thai women...................Hell I can stay home for that type of rejection.

Go-Daddy and Go-Daddy Coupons Buy domains

So this is how and where I buy my domains. First I open a window to Google search page and reduce it. I then open another Google search page. You would then log into your Go-Daddy account or register. I then type in to the other Google Search page the following term. Go-Daddy Coupons. I typically pick the third of forth website. You must be able to copy the code and place it into your account when you are about to pay. the amount due.

Now I reduce the search page showing the coupons and bring up the other Google search page on Go-Daddy's front page. I then begin to type in domain names. I am after the .com's but if that is not available I buy .info's.

Yesterday I had six domains I wanted to buy. The total invoice was $71 and change. I was satisfied with my purchases. I then moved on the steps to buy the domains and really don't care if anyones knows I am buying what I am buying and I am not interested in the email service or anything else Go-Daddy is offering so I click
"No Thanks" from that point on.

I am now at the total due page and

Adobe update 1602 1612 error code Update Problem is gone September 2010

I have dealt with an update for a month regarding  my adobe reader. I have not been able to install the update and it has been a huge pain. Reading today I found that if you first have to register then go to the download page. Download the latest and greatest Adobe reader. 9.3 and install it and it happily goes away.

Well it is back. I am so tired of this. Keep telling me to find the source. Hope I am not the last person on earth to have figure this out.

I use Microsoft Defender a Free Down load to protect my PC from bad things. Inside Defender is an option to view all programs running at the Start up and just running now and more. I deleted the Adobe update.exe. I also stopped it from running along with a few other programs.

As it turned out just as I finished deleting the Adobe Update.exe then I rebooted my system. I figured that if I need to update Adobe I will do it on my own when I want to. It works just fine so I don't think it needs any of their enhancements.

It is gone. YEA

On line Credit Card fees vs QuickBooks First Data- I found a great one

I have used on-line credit card processing and QuickBooks Pro forever. I used Quick Books since the program came out on diskettes. I have been a loyal customer and they never ever cared about the little guys.

They do what they do because they can. Well I am sick and tired of them making my business tougher to survive. The credit card fees today were the last blow for me.

Today I spent two hours researching and finding someone that is not only better but I can actually call and talk to without smoke and mirrors. The lady at Intuit didn't care about me anymore than the man in the moon.
I am surprised that she didn't make me pay $160.00  to ask a few questions.

Is it the man in the moon or the man on the moon. Ugh. Here today I am bringing this up for everyone out there to read and to take what I am saying is a way to save money. Intuit charges me $19.95 a month and 2.44% and 3.54% as well as a tiny .29 per transaction. The percentages add up to 5.98%. Well I now have $25.00 a month fee plus a total of 3.98% and the .21. That is huge money to save.

You do more then you have a chance to get a better rate over that I would imagine.

Alright I will step off my soapbox now. Check these guys out at The Transaction Group. Tell them code JRATL and also mention that you are mad at QuickBooks Pro and Intuit. 888.383.8056

Google’s Do-It-Yourself App Creation Software-As I see it?

Google will make available a software that you can actually create your own Apps. It is the Do-It-Yourself App Creation Software. Microsoft would have never done this much less let us do this for free!  Yahoo would not have allowed us as well.

Did you know you can submit a domain or URL to Google for free and yahoo charges. The difference between these businesses is that by Google giving programs away they indeed will become far richer and grow so much faster than everyone else. They are greedy as everyone else but they have thought about it and figured out a way that brings them so much more money.  The apps program was tested has been done mainly in schools with groups that included sixth graders, high school girls, nursing students and university undergraduates who are not computer science majors. Now these testers are in my league.  They are the nice helpful search engine. So it goes.JRATL

Google How Google Works Search Engines

I found a great video explaining how Google works, This is why headings, articles, topics, meta tags, links, more articles and more links are so important.
I would think that this is how all search engines work.

I offer a method at a low cost to link or submit your website to hundreds of other search engines and this video explains that the more places that the internal spiders (a program) find links to your website the better for you. The headings as well as articles must be written well and you must have all the ingredients that are explained in this video. My offering is only a small part in the process but it is an important one that can be taken care of over time.

Website templates reviews Buy it then Boost it up

In searching for a website template I found the category
on the internet.
Most reviews seems not real in that they do not show how
many people voted on them. I know I have bought
templates in the past from most everywhere and once
you get the file downloaded I have no idea what to do
from that point on.

They are for sale on EBay and the seller offers tech
support for a premium. I do know of a few websites
that will build a small one to four page website for
$400.00. Hosting is $35.00 a month. They will
build it custom limited. I state custom limited
because this company will only change a few lines
such as the domain name, contact phone numbers
and so on then thats that.

Thank you

Add links here Not sure if I want everyone to add one

The search engines have programs and one of the terms
people use to describe the program activity is the
spiders. The program crawls the website. The entire
web is crawled I think once a week. One of the
things the spiders look for is all the places it finds a
link back to your other website.

Linking to your other websites or to other websites.

They figure if you have a good website in one place
then they are in the opinion that the others are
as good if not better. This website gets lots of
hits and I have begun to link all of my domains to
one another. This will help all of them rise in the areas
that they are written about.

This is the method that I use to reach number one.

Anti-Spyware A waste of Money!

The Rip-Off: Type "virus" or "spyware" into Google and up pops a bevy of programs claiming to be the most effective at scrubbing your hard drive. Many don't work, and some are spyware themselves, burrowing into your computer looking for information that hackers can use to steal your identity. Beware programs that "scan" your system for free, only to then ask for $50 to clean things up. Says Alissa Cooper, chief computer scientist at the Center for Democracy & Technology: "A lot of this stuff isn't only ineffective, it's actually malicious."

Microsoft offers Defender for FREE. Just go on line and down load it. Your system will be checked to verify that your are not using bogus software. Works great. Try Spotbot search on that and if your inclined give them a few dollars.
How To Avoid It: Visit suppliers at the Antispyware Coalition's website.

Three years ago before I gave up the paid subscription I bought a new packaged version that allowed me a free update. I bought a unopened copy that was two years old. I installed it then the program scanned my PC and I down loaded all the updates and I used it for two years for about $10.00. I no longer used any paid versions.
